A lovely opportunity to train new surveyors in the identification, legal concerns and control options for dealing with Japanese Knotweed.
Longfield Knotweed Solutions Ltd were asked to present an hours training session to give confidence for surveyors in identifying Japanese Knotweed and providing an overview of the control options available to home owners in dealing with an infestation. Practical case studies were provided and discussed.
Really good fun – great training group! All the best to the class in passing their RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) exams!
If you think your company could benefit from bespoke training around Japanese Knotweed then please contact me. Here was the course organisers review on Facebook –
‘Today, my training group was fortunate enough to have a detailed lecture from Charlotte Faint from Longfield Knotweed Solutions. Not only were we advised of the destructive nature of the plant, but common law, diagnosis techniques, eradication methodology and guarantee options were discussed at length to conclude a whole and rounded delivery. All questions were welcomed, all answers were advised, and most importantly, each member of the group actually handled some Japanese Knotweed, for a complete experience. Thank you Charlotte for a brilliant session and we look forward to dealing with you soon.’ Guy Harris
